Thread: "I'd like the firing squad, plz"

If they murder someone or rape someone, they have still committed a crime and they are a menace to society. Their handlers shouldn't let them out into the world if they are not fit. Being incompetent shouldn't make you unable to be held liable for your actions.

Skipped most of the thread. I'm disappointed in the procedures, however. If you don't get to wear a blindfold and smoke a cig, what's the point?
