it doesn't require any of this not even internet connection just use any user name and password then unlock your modem

but don't forget to post the log of the unlock

I unlocked my modem. But I tried to unlock mf100 with mf626 up greater. It disabled auto-run and now my mdm is not appear as a CD ROM. Also it not detects chip. Is there any solution....??
