Procedure.
Connect iPhone with PC
iPhone should be synced once with itunes (important)
just run "Patch_App.bat" for 3.0,3.0.1 or "Patch_App31.bat" for 3.1,3.1.2,3.1.3 and reboot after that.
phone will reboot one time automatically and you are done.

I honestly dont see what the benifit of this programme is as you do not explain it.
In order for me to use it i have to because i have jailbroken with with "Blackra1n" or "Spirit" will need to install "AFC2add" from cydia, so straight away its defeated as i need wifi to connect to cydia to download AFC2add.

While im connected to cydia i may as well just download Appsync for 3.2 which synch's cracked games and apps to itunes anyway.

So what is the point of this programme?????

in wich location do i have to put the applications, and with what kind of extension .ipa or .app ??

is there any way to install afc2add from cyder.coz my wifi is not working

its very good for damage frame ware i only use Patch_App4.bat" for 4.0

This is not a good description of your problem.
