Thread: Possible Unlock 3GS 16gb Ios 4.0 ? without sim?

Hi, When I update 3gs from 3.1.2 to 4.0 , Phone is bloked.
I have 2 sim card from O2 Ireland , and O2 U.K. with no extension.
But When I put this card to this Iphone. Phone Still Please me to put in correct sim (phone was in O2 Ireland)
Its Possible to unlock this Phone without sim card, like on blackra1n in 3.1.2 ver?

if you have shsh on file with Cydia server downgrade you phone JB and unlock it
