I think I found my issue. it has by default to activate the phone when you create custom firmware. I am creating a new one right now that should work.

where do I get that afc2add?

this is for advanced users only not newbe can test this will start to test BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION how to downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.2

add cydia.hackulo.us in manage tab. then search for afc2add

there are only two made for payload but it was saying that there should be three files in the folder?

Anyone else having issues rebooting? Mine seems to hang all the time. I get stuck with a snow logo. Thanks.
