After finding out my recently purchased unit is not connected to the TV aerial in the complex i contacted the Strata to see if they could fix it.
They sent out a repairs man to investigate and he said that a year before i bought the unit all 100 units in the complex had TV reception upgrades at the Strata's costs. But because the owner of my unit at the time didn't make time for the strata my unit missed out.

Because of this the Strata claim that it is up to me to flip the costs to fix the TV reception and not them. Is there some type of agreement where the strata is responsible for my unit having TV reception? atm i get NOTHING and the strata claims it will cost $230 to fix!

I know all strata's are different but if someone can give me a general rule of thumb that would be great. Thanks
