I would like to get an at home workout plan going for myself for mon-sund routine. I can motivate myself I just don't know where to start to be honest.

I am a Public Safety Officer that works night shift for the County Hospital and would like to know how to get in shape for a beginner pretty much.

If someone could give me a break down of exercises to do on a schedule Monday through Sunday and what to do for how long on those days that would be great. I am 22 yrs old and im 5"11 265lbs
