    I'm having a 100% return rate on the LG rumors.. the internet stops working after about a month and now we are having people that can't dial out.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Well i dont offer support for the flash file anymore, i dont seem to have these problems though so o well.... FIX it if you think you can. I dont see a means for me to fix it.

    No one else has these issues, your customers are likely messing around with the settings, performing OTAs (prls are changed, settings, etc)... It sounds like you're selling the package shouldn't you have a technician in house?? amoamare, as he, said doesn't provide support, especially for non-customers. Check data authentication/nam/prl, if you or your tech are still having trouble finding the issue.

    Yes, we do have a tech in house.. me. I guess we will see if anyone else has this issue. I have told the customers to not dial *228 or it will mess up their phone, so I don't think that is the issue. I can resolve the issue by re-entering the username and password through the programming menu, but it seems to only ba a temp fix because it happens again in a couple of weeks.

    Also, today in the Cincinnati market, everyone with a rumor can't dial out. Cricket's internet is not working here on any phone, so I'm sure the two are related. If someone tries to dial out on a rumor it just hangs up after about 3 seconds and goes back to the home screen. Anyone else having this issue?
