what is this Rogers $5 Navigate plan?

just spent time with Rogers BB support.

turns out the Navigate plan doesn't work with the 8100

only works with the 8300 and their other smart phones. if you have a 8100 you need that Proper BB data plan.

you can add the plan, but browsers will NOT show up, but you can install Opera Mini and use that just fine for the device, used it on my pearl for the longest time...still have the package on my curve as well, no push email but thats why i use gmail mobile

me too. the bb browsers were working until yesterday. i was able to pull up wap.tribute.ca and find my showtimes in the wap browser. last night i got to the postal code field, but got error 500 when trying to get the showtimes. error 500 in the browser as well. pulled battery, same issue, opera worked fine.

crap, I hope Rogers didn't pull the plug on this.

I just called them back to get it set up again.

so how did you get the navigate plan to work on your pearl?

I am having no luck, rogers does not want to tell me the APN or TCP numbers.
