It is mobile data used by a phone not hooked up to the BIS network. You get 5MB of data for $5 (or 10 for $10) but you don't get the BIS stuff like BB messenger or email. I have not tried it with a pearl but it works great on my 8310's. I'm sure if you set the tcp settings and tried some programs first it should work. You don't NEED that to use the internet but it's a hell of alot cheaper than the 5 cents per kb. Try entering the tcp settings and run a program if it works then subscribe to the plan if it doesn't then you save yourself the $5.

I've used quickIM and EQO Mobile with the navigate plan and they both work prefect.

The wap browser just shows up and says rogers in brackets i didn't do anything to get it to show up :S
