I'm applying to the Australian Army as a pilot. I have passed my YOU day, and I am waiting to be booked in for the the next stage of assessment. I know the day consists of a physical assessment, a written test and an interview. I would like any help and advice people have to offer in regards to what I might be asked during the interview. How can I make the best impression possible? I've been told that due to my academic record I am not a competitive candidate. I've asked to proceed with the application anyway, as I am much more focused and mature now than I was in college. Any advice or insight would be appreciated, the more detail, the better,

Thank you
