Sodium Benzoate and Vitamin C causing Cancer

I'm trying to eat healthier nowadays, so I picked up some eggs, french bread, cilantro, and hummus.
I made a sandwhich out of everything, then I noticed that Sodium Benzoate was on the ingreidents of the hummus (Less 0.1%) is what it said, as well as Potassium Sorbate.
I ate quite a bit of the Hummus, probably about 2 ounces or so, and a lot of Cilnatro, which I've been told is very high vitamin c.
I had no idea what I was doing, what's going to happen to me?

How much vitamin c and sodium benzoate must be combined to cause real harm?

Relax the hummus is very healthy. The benzoate and sorbate will not hurt you. Cilantro is excellent for chelating heavy metals out of your body. I'm not sure if it has vit C in it or not but vitamin C never hurt anybody.
Don't worry about it you had a healthy lunch (well maybe except for the bread).
