Last time I checked he was wrestling as Joey Matthews again, and he was in ROH as a member of Age Of The Fall.

PS: OVW does not have the WWE contracts anymore, FCW has all the WWE developmentals now. WWE pulled their contracts from OVW just before Wrestlemania.
