This does not happen too often but when it does (here and there) when i breathe in and or inhale air my lower back has this sensation of tingling pain. kind of feels similar to billions of ice cold needles pricking me constantly. and when i don't inhale or exhale the pain stops. the pain only continues if i deeply inhale. This pain usually does not last too long. the majority of the time this pain stops after 10 minutes. but this time it has been lasting for 20 minutes now and i cannot seem to get rid of it.

How can i get rid of it specifically @ home? medicine, certain foods, certain liquids, certain exercise, massages?
What is this called/what could this be/what is the cause?
