had + on test, now it's -....did I lose pregnancy?

    hey all-
took a test at 9-10dpo (i think that's when it was) and i had a very very faint positive.
today is the day my period is due, and it was a definite negative unless i'm blind (took FRER)...
did i just have a false positive back then? or is there a chance i could've been pregnant and had a chemical pregnancy or something?

You could have had a false positive (though they are rare). I have actually had one myself. Or, more likely it was a chemical pregnancy. I wouldn't give up hope yet. Was it the same brand of test each time? If you don't get your period I would go in for a blood test to be sure. A false negative is a lot more common than a false pos. Good luck and I hope you really are preggo!

If your period comes then it could have been either a false positive or a chemical pregnancy. If AF is still absent in another few days then take another test and hopefully the one today was a false negative.
