every once in a while (usually at night) my Insignia 22" LCD tv will randomly flicker on then off,just once. but its a bright white screen and is blank...no noise or ANYTHING. But its really creepy if i'm trrying to sleep and it does this.
it only lasts for maybe a quarter of a second, and my friends even complain about it.
