Hi,
After two weeks I contracted with Telus, my cell was suspended by Fraud Department of Telus. This Dept. has no names, no numbers, nothing. When I contacted 611, they advised that my account are suspended, can't do anything, I have to give another number and somebody (?) from Fraud Dept. will contact me in 5-6 business they. Vow... 5-6 business day???!!!!! Until be patience, no cell phone, no chance to talk to anybody, not even secret guys from Fraud Dept. Nothing happened, since 5 days...
What can I do? I bought iPhone4, 3 years contract, can't use. No info, no advisements, nothing about issue, and I don't have cell phone usable..
Please let me know if you have any idea what should I do???
