I was wondering is anyone knows of any good, easy to use programs that let you make as many ring tones as you please for a one-time fee to do it. Also, I would like it to have the capabilities to send the ringtone to my phone via text. I don't really feel like messing around with the micrp-SD chips, and I know there are programs that let you send them.
Sadly, anything that requires me to have to go on the internet on my phone is out of the question. My cellphone plan doesn't support that.
