...anyone has the answer? I play rugby and my team-mates have all grown up around me and have reached about 6'. I'm still growing and want to get the most i can out of my training. i go to the gym 3/4 times a week and have rugby training on wednesday and sunday. I have looked around and got completely mixed answers. I'm sure someone has been in my position or knows what to do. i'm not sure about how many sets i'm meant to do per week and whether to use protein (if yes which?). Also i cannot use weights at my gym just resistant machines, cardio and the mats. Thank you again if anyone can tell me
