Hi, I am 26 yrs old I am 5' 10" and I weigh 160 lbs. One of my new years resolutions was to get in shape, eat right, and in general just be healthy.

My diet consists mostly of Mcdonalds, taco bell, and chipotle when I work (5 days a week).

Im not fat by any means but I just don't have a lot of muscle.

Can anyone give me some advice on a healthy diet and some exercises to lose the extra fat weight I have an help gain lean muscle?

Im really new to this when I should have been doing it for years... Any help is appreciated!
