Does anyone have some free time and would be willing to help me with my new blogs design using HTML. I've tried a few times at making changes and have been unsuccessful and could really use someone with HTML knowledge's advice.

I'm wanting to add a handwritten font to my blogger page titles and sidebar titles. I'd also like to edit my 'Page' bar and get rid of the lines blogger puts on.
