    if you were an avid lake fisher, would you go to Minnesota, Kansas, or Kentucky-Why?

    its for a kid i babysit's daily geography homework
    and im stumped..

    Yep, the answer is because Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes, even though there is way more than that. Kansas is dry and on the prairie, not many lakes there. And Kentucky is all hills and mountains though it is a beautiful state

    I am from MN and can tell you we are the Land of 10,000 plus lakes... If you don't like one just go to different one within feet or miles away!!!! Nice summer weather but bring the bug spray because with water comes plenty of mosquitoes!!
