Every morning right after I wake up, for the past 4 months I have been taking a brisk 2 mile Walk. In 4 months I have lost 18 pounds. I work behind a desk, and that walk is about all the exercise I get. I have to say I feel pretty good lately. My question is, if I do another 2 mile walk in the evening 2 hours before bed, will I lose more weight? Thanks.
The Reason I ask is that, I heard walking a brisk 2 miles first thing in the morning jump starts the metabolism. So walking before bed, I didn't know. Thanks.
