Thread: What is your opinion of President Barack Obama?

It has been scarcely three days, but I like how President Obama is announcing to the world, with his order to close Gitmo and CIA secret prisons, and to review terrorist trial cases, that he is in charge, that he is the Commander-in-Chief, and that Bush and the Neoclowns are out.

Opinion of the man; good, intelligent man with good principles, and probably the best thing for the US.Opinion of him as President; wouldn't know yet. This question shouldn't be asked until at least a year of him as the President.

He's conceited. But he's very organized and that is good. But conceited.

He is nothing but a New World Order puppet. You know Hitler gave great speeches to. The inauguration looked exactly like Nazi Germany. Wake Up People!

Give the man a chance! He just came into his Presidency. I've been watching the news to see how he's doing and he's handling it well. At least he's bold and willing to help America's economy. Everyone deserves a chance to serve the country even if it means being the President of the United States. We'll know how well he does during his four years. I also believe that it's time to pull our troops from Iraq. I don't think it's American to torture our prisoners of war. It's inhumane and they're human just like everyone else is. I'm glad they closed that torture chamber of a prison. Would you like to be tortured?

It's too soon for me to form a real opinion. His first few days in the White House haven't impressed me that much.

to the girl who said would you like the be tortured? i don't think anyone would like that but if your a terrorist and planing on killing innocent people i think you deserve some torture. and it is extremely stupid that he is planning on letting alot of the terroist in prison free because he says they have lost their connections, he should use some common sense it's not brain surgery
