    What verizon phone can use WIFI and browse the internet WITHOUT DATA PLANS?

    I want a phone that can browse the internet via wifi, from verizon, but i do not want a data plan. what phones are there?

    I don't think they're are any...
    Anything that can really browse the internet is a smart phone and requires the data plan.
    Just get a dumb phone and an iPod Touch.
