Can some other mobile OS (e.g. Windows Mobile) be configured to run on a Samsung Eternity?

If, theoretically, you had a SGH-A867 without a SIM card and wanted to get some semblance of functionality out of it, 1) how would you replace the Samsung Proprietary operating system with something more PDA- friendly, such as Windows Mobile (referring to the Pocket PC OS)?
    2) If we can't do that, can you dual-boot the operating systems?
    3) If all else fails, is there ANY way to get PC Studio to work with the device in question?
    Thanks.
