    Rogers ? Fido ? Koodoo ? Bell ? Videotron ?

Which service is better AND is compatible ? I didn't name all the services but please tell me among all the services...
I have an LG Eve GW620R and the only thing I want to do on it is text, no calls to the U.S or anywhere, just unlimited text on weekends, and after 6 on weekdays, if possible, the best price please ! D: I don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for something i'm not going to use.

Go for GSM service, that would be Rogers or Fido. everything else is CDMA = shit.
Even while Rogers overcharges, and Fido has limited offers, service is reliable.
