Got a Honda 360 and just got it running. All needed was carb cleaning, starter ground wire, and unfeeze front brake. The left cylinder runs perfect. The right cylinder is another story. Runs like crap. When given full throttle, left cylinder runs up to full rpm, and the right bogs out, barley developing any power. Timing is mostly correct, spark is good. Both plugs are black and indicate rich mixture, but the mixture is set correctly. Right also backfires around every 50 strokes. I have a feeling it may be the carb but I don't know where in the carb.

Suggestions? Thanks.
