I'm currently subscribed to T-Mobile, but I am looking for a cellphone that MUST have these 2 features:
1) Uses SIM card, and has to be UNLOCKED (so if I decide to switch to another provider, I can just swap in another SIM card).
2) Has a web browser + is WiFi capable so I can browse the internet with NO data plan.
