Do you agree with prayer vigils outside of abortion clinics?
The protests are legal. But are they acceptable to you?

Object - its a difficult enough situation and decision to make without someone forcing their opinion on you. Abortion clinics are legal too
Object. I don't support abortion personally - as in, if I were in that situation, I would want to have the child. However I do support a woman's right to choose, as every circumstance is unique and I have no right to judge another person's situation. Neither do these pious harpies. All they're doing is making an extremely difficult thing even harder, regardless of how pure their intentions may be.
Object.
Should be up to the individual weather they go through with the birth even though they should have been more careful in the first place but everyone makes mistakes.
Its not like humans are an endangered species or anything.
As long as there is reasonably early cut off point as to how far along an abortion can take place.
Undecided - because there's plenty of cases where the woman has regretted it and also we have the right to protest and since it's arguably over a life then I think it carries more weight.
It depenRAB how the protesters are acting, if they're getting on like Phelps' lot then they should have a water cannon turned on them and by water I really mean acid.
Really depenRAB on the attitude of the protesters and how they're behaving, we don't have abortion here, so I've never seen one up close and personal.
Unborn babies are being killed, why shouldnt people protest about it, as long as it is sensible, peaceful protesting
people protest about things up and down the country so this question could be asked about those as well.
EDIT - i am undecided by the way, wouldnt say i support them, but dont object either.
Object ... and think there should be some kind of restraining order against this type of protest against medical treatment establishments, where victims of rape and incest might be.
It is a sad situation to be in. Kav is anyone actually pro-abortion?
The god-bothering 'pro-lifers' like to paint those who are pro-choice as being pro-abortion, yet usually tend to be pro-capital punishment.
Exactly my thoughts.
There is a time and place to protest and doing it right in the face of people who are already feeling awful is not it.
Abortions aren't a fun event that women take lightly as if they were going for a coffee between two parties.
That's true, poor choice of worRAB on my part. I suppose what I meant is that for society as a whole I am pro-choice, but from a personal perspective I am pro-life - only because I could not see a good reason for me not to have a child, should the situation arise. However just because I feel like that does not mean I'd force that view on anyone. I view pro-life campaigners as stupefyingly arrogant.
I am completely against abortion. And that opinion has sod all to do with my faith.
