Doubt it since Nissan's laying off 20,000 employees, Subaru, and Honda have pulled out of the WRC and F1 respectively.

And what about Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, and all the other transplants?
I don't think anytime soon with the economy being the way it is. Did you know that only the Camry is made in the USA? Not the Impala, Fusion, or Charger.

I doubt Subaru would get into NASCAR since AWD cars are against the rules.
I don't know why people seem to be against Nissan, Honda, etc. getting into NASCAR. This country is all about competition.
Not to mention most foreign cars are more american made than Chevy, Ford, or Dodge.
Nissan is preparing its come back to the Le Mans 24 Hours in GT class, so its almost impossible to see them joining NASCAR
I think Honda is trying to get into the truck series. I trying to find a picture but can't find it on google. A small budget team has a honda truck and are testing it. Honda could be in the series by 2012.
