Help identifying a cartoon?!?

I've seen it when I was very young and so my memories of it may be very fuzzy. There are parts here and there that i remember. It was a cartoon short. And I remember an cartoon little American Indian man running throughout this nice house or a huge mansion. I remember him riding in a boat on a river (probably made by a fountain) in that house and down the stairs. Also something about him jumping into a picture. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you!
