im just playing on nuketown 2025 at the moment and have shot all the heads of the maniquins in under 1:30 and so far i still cant get the arcde to work and i have tried quite a few times. are there any special conditions for it to work (such as being connected to xbox live or using a certain game mode)

P.S does anybody know if the time limit is 1:30 or 2:00, i have heard both.
