i use a vodafone postpaid connection and they automatically changed my plan and added extra bills too.
i am regestiring complaints since 7 nov( my outgoing is barred from 2nd nov) , customer care personnel accepts that it is a falut on their side but now providing the solution. each time they say to wait for 24/48 hours. Please suggest me what can i do to solve this issue with the help of court. (i need full information how to resolve this )
