Thread: how do i get back my security clearance in the military?

because i had gotten in trouble with the law in the past the air force took away my security clearance. Now i don't want to do so desk job for six years while in there so i would like to change my MOS to fire protection or security forces or something more hands on you know. What im asking is how do i get my clearance back or is it even possible?

You can talk to your security personnel, for the Army it is S2, and reapply for it.

depending on the problem with the law you have you may not get your clearance. they do not even grant it if you have filed for bankruptcy. Ask your security officer.
