    Biology 101 Homework?!?

I need help with a few questions for my Biology study guide. I've looked throught the book and there is nothing that says anything about these questions.

    1. A pocket knife is dropped into a lake. What happens to the buoyancy force on the knife as it gets closer and closer to the bottom?
    a) It gets weaker
    b)It gets stronger
    c) it starts getting much stronger, but suddenly gets weaker near the bottom
    d) It stays nearly the same all the way down

    2. True or False?
Technically speaking, when you are sick with a fever, your body has more mass than when you are healthy

    Thanks!

Using common sense i would say that 1 is d because the buoyancy is based on density and the density of the water and the knife stay consistent.

I know nothing about 2 but i would say false because when you have a fever you sweat more and eat less and lose mass.
