Chicken Chesapeake -- a baked chicken breast stuffed with crab imperial, served with fettucine Alfredo (home-made sauce, sometimes even home-made pasta), black bean-and-lentil soup.
What really seems to impress them is baking my own bread.

But the "closer" is always a few gallons of wine.....
