issues with windows media player Vista(i think its 11)?

for some reason whenever i try to play certain mp3 files(not all) on the media player it becomes very slow and slows up my whole computer what could be causing this? and how do i go about fixing it
i tried rerunning the setup but it would not allow me to due the fact that it was an updated version of the media player

it might be because you don't have a lot of virtual memory in the computer any more, or you need a higher ram for the computer because of a new update(which is absurd in its own way)

try getting stuff like qick player from apple if it takes like forever to listen to a song that is 15 seconds.

theres always something wrong with media players, use Spotify, yu get all the music free and you dont have to upload your own.
