    If someone made an album of a specific title, can you write a book with the same title?

    My story has nothing to do with the title of the album or the music on the album.

    Yes. Titles aren't copyrighted.

    It doesn't matter what you title your "book" at the moment, because if you want to get it published: 95% of the time your publisher will change the title to what they want it to be.
