can you appeal a case to a higher court to get the orders of a lower court...

...dismissed if due process was denied? would submit for a miscarriage of justice or would it be some thing else. how do you get a case dismissed base on facts and evidence that due process was denied? which court would file such claims to get a case dismissed?

In most western countries, there is always an appeal available from a final judgment of a trial court. The names of that court and the method of starting an appeal, and the time limits, are different in every state. The purpose of an appeal is to persuade the appeals court that the trial court made some error and that you were prejudiced by that error. Your question is vague enough to be meaningless and so no more specific answer is likely to be accurate.
