I changed my water (only 25%) for the first time. I am trying to get my salt level back up, but I ran out. Can I buy the sea salt from the grocery store? I wasn't sure if it had to come from the pet store. Thanks.

You need ocean salt. It has trace elements that are crucial for a saltwater aquarium.
