Try eating more grilled chicken with rice. Good for you, easy to cook, and tastes great.
Also you could try flank steak.
STIR-FRY!! u can really get creative with em. substitute tofu for meat i use allrecipes.com to find my recipes..good luck!
if u wanna get healthy stop buying junk food n throw out ne in ur house now! dnt give in to cravings
