    my neighbors garden is a mess the grass is overgrown who do i call i live in uk?

    i live in scotland and my neighbor never cuts grass and it overgrown and they wont cut it the weeds are coming in to my garden what do i do it is a council property do i call the council
    i have asked the neighbours to cut it and they said no

    Common courtesy is to call the neighbor. Then I would call the Council. If they are not the right ones, they will probably know who to call.
