What is The Connector Called for TV Cable?

I need to know the name of it. It's this small silver piece that connects the cable from the cable box and the jack that comes out of the wall, it has a hole on each side for the prongs to enter.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It sounds like you're talking about an F-Connector. This is a small metal piece that screws to your wall and you will use another one for connecting to the cable box. The black coax wire is called RG-6.
