okay, so i create layouts for a website. well im trying to do something different, and i need to know how to create a
TRANSPARENT SCROLL BOX
(*using HTML code*)
and if i can find out, CREATE A LAYOUT with images off of photobucket
(*using HTML code*)

can anyone send me a code? or a link to the perfect website to help me generate the perfect code and do WHATEVER i want and have AS many scroll boxes as i want ANYWHERE?

*OH, and by the way, this is NOT for myspace, and i cant use websites that would be like for creating a myspace layout**
