...pay out? *UK law*? Hey
to cut a long story short, the insurance company don't want to pay out the mortgage insurance because they said there are indiscrepancies in my fathers medical file which conflicts with the contract. Now they told us this in March but after many letters from my solicitor still refuse to explain what these indiscrepancies are. I came across a website which said it is illegal for the insurance company to use a medical file as its private, even if you signed to say that they can. is that true? UK citizen, so different laws may apply here than to the USA/.
