fine gas mileage for 250 honda rebel motorcycle?

if you do a lot of start and stop with starting with the choke on, then a lot less than the 70 -80 mpg that most get on the open road. Of course fuel mileage is subjective-windshield, saddlebags and 2 up riding will decrease the mileage. so will heavy handed throttling of the bike.
