Hi, Is there an iphone application that allows text messaging to a foreign cellphone number? my girl friend is in china and it costs a lot of money for her to receive texts from my AT&T cellphone number. thanks!

There is not an application that will cut down the cost of text messages. Since it costs her the money, it's her service plan that makes receiving the texts so expensive.
