Glenn Beck and his army of lawyers launch another attack against the 1st Amendment?

Glenn Beck, enemy of the 1st Amendment, who has been rumored to have raped and murderered of a young girl in 1990, has recently launched an attack on a website that has the stated purpose of investigating said rumor.

Beck and his army of attorneys are using long rejected legal arguments not because they think they have any merit, but because their strategy is to use their millions of dollars to keep the website's owner, who is not a multi-millionaire like Beck, in court until he can no longer afford to stand up for his Constitutional Rights, and is forced to in effect, relinquish them.

How to you feel about Glenn Beck's heavy-handed bullying, and his contempt for both the text and the spirit of the 1st Amendment? Who do you believe should determine what information you are allowed to see: you or Glenn Beck? Do you find it suspicious that Beck is doing all he can to try to stop an investigation into the unsolved rape and murder of a young girl in 1990?
