Hello all!,
I am currently a sophomore in Lower Merion high school (5'4 122 lbs) and have been really interested in becoming a commissioned Army officer for quite some time. I have good grades (all A's, 1 high B), exercise daily and do sports and activities such as skateboarding and basketball outside of school however, I do not do SCHOOL sports or clubs. I am wondering if this will drastically effect my chances even though I do activities outside of school.

Also, when am I supposed to apply for a scholarship, Junior year, Senior year, after graduation?

Are there any schools that are easier to get an ROTC scholarship for than others?

And lastly, who is someone that I can talk to from where I can get more information about ROTC and ROTC scholarships?

Thanks to everyone,
Andrew Gehlot.
